DreamWorks to buy back some shares

DreamWorks Animation SKG Inc., producer of the “Shrek” films, agreed to repurchase 2.36 million of its shares for a total of $72.7 million.
The company will buy 1.26 million shares from the UCLA Foundation for $31.91 apiece and 1.1 million shares from the David Geffen Foundation for $29.63 each, a regulatory filing shows.
Geffen is a co-founder of the DreamWorks studio.
DreamWorks Animation has 99.9 million shares outstanding.
