Images of an Asian odyssey
The title of James Whitlow Delano’s solo exhibition, “Bejalai: A Journey” describes a physical and spiritual sojourn by the indigenous people on the island of Borneo. With his Leica camera, the Tokyo- based photographer went on a journey of his own, capturing images of the diverse landscapes and people from his travels around Asia, including Tibet, India and the Silk Road in China.
