SEAL BEACH
The Animal Care Center will sell circus tickets, entertainment discount books and T-shirts at the Art Assn.’s annual Arts and Crafts Fair at Eisenhower Park on Saturday and Sunday. Proceeds go toward the volunteer-run, no-kill-policy shelter. The fair is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and until 5 p.m. Sunday.
