‘Divas’ Pitch In for Project Angel Food

Toni Tennille, Liz Torres, Tisha Campbell, Christine W., Jody Watley, Thelma Hopkins, Jordan Hill, Oleta Adams, Kathy Kinney and Sheryl Lee Ralph are among the performers set to attend this year’s “Divas: Simply Singing” benefit on May 10 for Project Angel Food.

The event for the nonprofit service group that delivers food to people with AIDS will be at the Wilshire Ebell Theater, 4401 W. 8th St.

Tickets range from $35 to $250. A dance party, called “In the Evening With Divas,” will follow at Probe, 836 N. Highland Ave. Tickets to the dance party are $25. Information: (213) 480-3232.
