Recital to Feature Violinist D’Antonio
The Westlake Chamber Ensemble will hold a chamber music recital Sunday at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center.
The 7 p.m. concert will feature Los Angeles Philharmonic violinist Franklyn D’Antonio as guest artist.
Los Angeles Philharmonic cellist Stephen Custer, a Westlake Village resident, is a founding member of the ensemble. He will be joined by clarinetist Nancy Bonds of Thousand Oaks and pianist Edward Francis of Newbury Park.
The recital will include trios and quartets by C.P.E. Bach, Beethoven, Mendelssohn and Tajcevic.
Tickets are $12; $8 for senior citizens and students.
