Warner Music Forms Multimedia Division: The new unit will focus on CD-ROMs and other multimedia applications as part of the firm’s WEA Corp., the company said. David Archambault will head the division. At WEA Manufacturing, Frank LoVerme was appointed executive director for CD-ROM sales. Both executives were with Time Warner Inc. units before their new assignments.
