Garfunkel Concert Scheduled: Former Simon and Garfunkel singer-songwriter Art Garfunkel will make a solo performance at the Orange County Performing Arts Center on June 19 at 8 p.m. The date is Garfunkel’s only Orange County or Los Angeles area appearance scheduled during a nationwide tour. Tickets, which range from $20 to $38, go on sale May 16 at Ticketmaster and the center box office.
