New Trial Ordered for Zsa Zsa Gabor

SAN ANTONIO — A federal judge threw out a $3-million judgment against actress Zsa Zsa Gabor Friday and ordered a new trial in a lawsuit that accuses her of breach of contract.
Chief U.S. District Judge Lucius Bunton signed an order in Midland setting aside the verdict returned by a jury last month in San Antonio and set a new trial for Jan. 25.
Gabor’s attorneys had argued for a new trial, saying she wasn’t notified of the court proceeding.
