D.C. STOP: Stop-Gap, a Santa Ana drama troupe, has been invited to the nation’s capital on Dec. 11 to present its play about substance abuse for a President’s Drug Advisory Council conference. The play, “Under Pressure,” which it’s been doing for years for local school groups, will include young recovering substance abusers from Santa Ana’s Phoenix House. . . . “We feel students have heard enough from adults about why not to take drugs,” says Victoria Bryan, Stop-Gap managing director.
