QUOTABLE
“When I was 2 years old, my parents took me to see ‘The Bicycle Thief.’ I was overcome by the film. It haunted my dreams. In a short time, I began to try to steal bicycles. I had virtually no success at this and was beaten up pretty badly by the older boys whose bicycles I was trying to steal. I will never forget the film, as I still feel the bruises from the early beatings.”
--Charles Grodin in Premiere.
