Forward Thinking: Warner Bros. broke ground Wednesday for a full-service state-of-the-art child care and preschool center on the studio lot in Burbank. The center will be licensed to serve 100 children of Warner employees. . . . The 20th Century Fox film “29th Street” has been selected to open the 27th annual Chicago International Film Festival on Oct. 11. The David Permut production of a George Gallo film is about a young man born under a lucky star.
