Environmental Summit: The four television network heads had breakfast Wednesday morning--not to haggle over their competing fall schedules, but to discuss the role the entertainment industry has in motivating the public about protecting the environment. Bob Iger of ABC, Jeff Sagansky of CBS, Brandon Tartikoff of NBC and Peter Chernin of Fox hosted the breakfast seminar at the Century City Marriott Hotel in conjunction with the Environmental Media Assn. They urged the industry to keep utilizing environmental themes in television shows.
