Ventura Entertainment Group named Barbara Black as president of its Ventura Media Center in Orem, Utah, succeeding James A. Osmond, who became chairman of the center. Black previously was executive in charge of production at Phoenix Entertainment (now Hearst Entertainment).
Ventura Entertainment is a North Hollywood-based producer of movies and television shows; its media center is a multipurpose production facility.
