Fairfax : Park Labrea Picks Manager

The owners of Park Labrea, the largest apartment complex in Los Angeles, named Roger Winegar as general manager of the 4,253-unit development.
Winegar, 37, previously worked in large-scale apartment management in Florida.
Winegar will be responsible for all aspects of daily management, a spokesman said.
“This is an extraordinary challenge--not unlike running a small city,” Winegar said. He is replacing Francis Heavy, general manager for the last five years, who is retiring.
