Singers Get Injunction: The New Kids On the Block singing group has won injunctions barring three companies from infringing on their trademarks. Injunctions issued by federal district court in Los Angeles bar promoters Investex Investment Exchange Inc. and Media Promotions Inc. as well as clothing boutique operator Merry Go Round Enterprises Inc. from operating 900-prefix telephone lines to promote games that involve publication of the singing group’s name and pictures.
