Guy McElwaine will join International Creative Management, Beverly Hills, as a vice chairman. McElwaine returns to the agency from Weintraub Entertainment, where he served as chairman of the motion picture division. From 1983 to 1986, he was chairman and CEO of Columbia Pictures.
