Segal to Perform in Rancho Penasquitos
SAN DIEGO — Ellen Segal, an ex-Martha Graham principal, will make a guest appearance with the Black Mountain Dance Foundation when it performs its annual concert at Mt. Carmel High School Theatre in Rancho Penasquitos on June 23-24.
Segal will dance “Without Words,” a solo created for her by Erling Sunde. Also featured on the concert is Black Mountain Dance Foundation alumnus Michael King, a member of Indianapolis Ballet Theatre.
The three-performance run is scheduled for 8 p.m. June 23 and 2 and 8 p.m. June 24.
