Eikenberry Is Named Group Spokesperson

Actress Jill Eikenberry of “L.A. Law” has been named the official spokesperson for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, a national organization based in Dallas, TX, dedicated to the advancement of breast cancer education, research and treatment. Eikenberry successfully battled breast cancer two years ago and recently hosted and co-produced the television special, “Destined to Live,” which dealt with the emotional aspects of breast cancer.

Eikenberry and her husband and “L.A. Law” co-star Michael Tucker will attend the foundation’s annual luncheon in Dallas on Oct. 27. First Lady Nancy Reagan will receive the 1988 Betty Ford award.
