Jerde Selected for Philadelphia Mixed-Use Project
The Jerde Partnership, Los Angeles, has been chosen by Rouse & Associates, Philadelphia, to master plan a 3,500-foot section of Penn’s Landing, an $800-million, 44-acre mixed-use project in Philadelphia.
Ground breaking for the complex is expected by August, with completion of the first phase scheduled for Memorial Day, 1990.
