Heartthrob Rob Lowe attended the Oscar ceremonies with his mother, then wouldn’t fess up in front of the press about his on-again, off-again, date--Fawn Hall. “No, he’s dating me,” co-presenter Sean Young quipped. Responded a surprised Lowe: “Wait! Give me your phone number!”
