Larry Lamotte, a reporter for Cable News Network, was expelled from Panama after the government said his coverage of the political situation there lacked objectivity. A report in La Prensa newspaper said an official of the Panama Defense Forces appeared at Lamotte’s hotel room during the night to tell him he was being expelled.
