Rogers & Cowan, the Los Angeles public relations firm whose clients include many top entertainment figures, announced that Tony Fitzpatrick is joining its international division in London as managing director.

The appointment is the first major development at Rogers & Cowan since it was acquired last spring by the British public relations firm Shandwick Group of Cos. PLC. Fitzpatrick has been with the London-based Granard Communications.

Margaret Gardner continues as president of the international division Rogers & Cowan established in 1968. The firm also has offices in New York, Washington and at the Burbank studios.
