Betsy King, the leading money winner on the LPGA tour, withdrew from this week’s Lady Keystone Open in Hershey, Pa., and will be sidelined indefinitely with a sprained left foot suffered in her nearby Limekiln, Pa., home.
King, whose 1987 earnings total $302,806, was forced to withdraw from the Pro-Am event of the Lady Keystone Open and the 54-hole LPGA tournament, which starts Friday.
