EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Bradley M. Shannon’s Manila, ridden by Jose Santos, took command at the head of the stretch and coasted to a 9 1/2-length victory Friday night in the third running of the $250,000 Ballantine Scotch race at the Meadowlands.
