UCLA Violinist Honored
Jacqueline Carrasco, a freshman violin student, has won the first Nora Polsky Scholarship, a $3,500 award for her studies at UCLA, announced Robert H. Gray, dean of the College of Fine Arts.
The scholarship allows her the exclusive use of an 18th-Century violin.
