Hone your cowgirl skills at Montana resort’s roundup
Calling all cowgirls — or cowgirl wanna-bes: Ride the range in Montana and learn horsemanship and other Western skills during the four-day Cowgirl Spring Roundup at the Resort at Paws Up.
The annual event features Cowgirl Hall of Famers who teach skills to participants.
It draws a mix of women who range in age (12 and older) and experience, from novice to avid riders. Each night is capped off with storytelling around a campfire.
Dates: April 25-28
Price: From $600 per person, per night, for accommodations, meals, activities and round-trip airport transfers to/from Missoula, Mont. Space is limited to the first 50 women who register.
Info: Resort at Paws Up, (800) 473-0601
