Update: Guard Byron Wesley has scored 22 and 31 points in USC’s last two wins. He has scored in double figures in all four games and is also averaging nine rebounds. The status of senior guard J.T. Terrell is not known. Terrell started USC’s opener and scored a team-high 20 points against Utah State. He hasn’t started again and didn’t play against Cal State Fullerton. Coach Andy Enfield said Terrell was concentrating on academics and it may be “a day or two until his eligibility is sorted out.” Freshman guard Julian Jacobs leads the Trojans with 18 assists, is third in rebounds with 24 and has at least seven rebounds or assists in each game. West Alabama is a member of the Division II Gulf South Conference.
