vs. USC, Wednesday at Pauley Pavilion, 8 p.m., Fox Sports West — The Bruins are trying to avoid a fifth consecutive loss in the crosstown rivalry, something that hasn’t happened since USC won 42 games in a row against UCLA from 1932 to 1943. That was when the Bruins were coached by Wilbur Johns and Caddy Works and played games against Baxter Club Glendale and Universal Pictures.
