Ronda Rousey in talks for a role in ‘Fast & Furious 7’
UFC women’s champion Ronda Rousey, who has already signed a deal for a part in the film “The Expendables 3,” is in negotiations to appear in “Fast & Furious 7” alongside Dwayne Johnson, Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and Jason Statham.
Rousey is scheduled to defend her UFC title against Miesha Tate on Dec. 28, and is expected to film her roles in both movies before then. As part of her deal for “The Expendables 3,”, Rousey will be able to train on set, with the production company providing whatever she needs in order to be ready for her fight with Tate.
Rousey, one of the biggest draws in UFC, has said in the past that she won’t focus on an acting career until she puts her MMA days behind her. But it looks as if we may be closer to that day than most thought.
