The Kings and Ducks announced their respective TV schedules on Thursday, with each planning to make every regular-season game available on TV during the 2013-14 season. The teams’ Jan. 25 outdoor game at Dodger Stadium, part of the NHL’s Stadium Series of outdoor games, is scheduled to air on NBC Sports Network.
The Kings are scheduled to air two preseason games and 73 regular-season games on Fox Sports West/Prime Ticket, starting Oct. 4. Their Oct. 3 season opener will be aired on NBCSN. Games not scheduled to air on FS West or Prime Ticket will be shown on NBCSN.

The Ducks plan to air 69 games on Prime Ticket or FS West, eight on KDOC and five on NBCSN. They will have a “Ducks Live” show before and after home and road games.

The TV broadcast teams for both clubs will stay the same. Bob Miller will return for his 41st season of play by play for the Kings—as he told The Times recently—and Jim Fox will begin his 24th season. For the Ducks, Brian Hayward and John Ahlers will be back for their 12th season together, also Hayward’s 21st season as an analyst.
The only change of note is that Dan Moriarty won’t be involved in Kings’ telecasts. Former King (and Duck) Sean O’Donnell, recently hired as the Kings’ director of fan development and alumni relations, will have an additional role on the “Kings Live” pre- and post-game shows. Patrick O’Neal and Daryl Evans will again host the “Kings Live” shows.
