Leave it up to junior Sela Kay of Windward to demonstrate how to make a free throw.
On Tuesday in a loss to Etiwanda, Kay was 18 of 18 from the free-throw line.
Coach Vanessa Nygaard said, “I have never seen that in my basketball life.”
