Football: Former Newbury Park QB Colby Cameron is MVP of Japan Bowl
Former Newbury Park quarterback Colby Cameron is suddenly popular in Japan.
That’s because he led his team, the Fujitsu Frontiers, to a 16-3 win over Obic Seagulls on Monday in the Japan X Bowl for the X League championship.
He completed 11 of 20 passes for 116 yards. He also rushed for 86 yards.
