Woman arrested in Cypress triple stabbing
A woman suspected of stabbing three people in an Orange County home was arrested Sunday on suspicion of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon, officials said.
Kassandra Duran, 22, was found near the Cypress home where three adults were found with stab wounds early Sunday, the Cypress Police Department said in a statement.
Duran was taken into custody without incident after an investigation, police said.
Police responded to a disturbance in the 8700 block of Walker Street in Cypress about 1 a.m. and found the victims, police said. They were treated at the scene and taken to a hospital, where they were listed in stable condition, police said.
Duran remained in custody late Sunday in lieu of $500,000 bail, officials said. She is expected to appear in court Tuesday, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department inmate information website.
The motive is under investigation, police said.
