Charter plane thought to be carrying immigrants arrives in San Diego
A charter plane believed to be carrying immigrants arrived this evening at San Diego’s Lindbergh Field, apparently from Texas. Three Homeland Security buses arrived a few minutes later, trailed by numerous law enforcement vehicles.

There is no information as to the buses’ destination.
Earlier this week, federal officials said that 140 immigrants who had been detained crossing the border in Texas would arrive Friday.
But since the blockade by protesters Tuesday at Murrieta, officials have declined to provide information about the movement of the immigrants.
