Bell won the City Section dual-meet championship with a 38-29 victory over host Woodland Hills El Camino Real.
The Eagles (7-0) received a major decision by Marvin Lopez at 189 pounds and pins from Isaac Miranda (112), Bryan Maldonado (130) and Arturo Quintero (145).
The Conquistadores (5-2) were led by John Garth (215) and Max Cavaleri (heavyweight), who each had pins, and Andrew Tobin (135), who earned a major decision.
Two-time defending dual champion San Fernando defeated Chatsworth on criteria for third place after the team wrestled to a 40-40 draw. The Tigers (6-2) battled back from a 37-4 deficit, getting pins in six of the last seven matches from Julio Lopez (130), Eddie Uribe (140), Ricky Aguirre (145), Gabriel Garcia (152), Rafael Reynolds (160) and Aaron Solano (171) to tie the score.
San Fernando won the tiebreaker because of an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty called against the Chancellors (5-4) in 103-pound match.
