Tori Leon from Franklin had five pars to card a five-over-par 41 and earn medalist honors for Franklin (7-3 in league). Paula Kerdpinyo shot a 43 to help lead Marshall (10-0) to the team victory. Garfield is 4-6 and Roosevelt is 6-4.

IND: 1. Darlene Bognot, Monroe, 77 (wins on card-off); 2. Lalita Boonnoppornkul, North Hollywood, 77; 3. Angela Villela, Granada Hills, 79. 4. Gloria Park, Granada Hills, 84; 5. Alyson Golditch, Granada Hills, 88; 6. Mary Oliver, Monroe, 88; 7. Cristina Kubota, Granada Hills, 88; 8. Kate Andersen, Granada Hills, 89.
Darlene Bognot and Lalita Boonnoppornkul finished with 77 each, forcing a sudden-death playoff where both players had pars on the first hole. On the second hole, Boonnoppornkul bogeyed and Bognot parred to become the league individual champion. Granada Hills had five of the top eight finishers. The top three teams from the Valley 1 League, Granada Hills, North Hollywood and Monroe, will meet Venice and Marshall in the City Section Finals on Monday at Balboa Golf Course.

Tori Leon shot a four-over 40 at Alhambra Municipal Golf Course for Franklin (8-2). Roosevelt is 6-4 in league and overall.

Granada Hills 221, North Hollywood 281
Angela Villela of host Granada Hills (11-0, 8-0) and Lalita Boonoppornkul of North Hollywood (3-3-1, 3-3-1) each shot 41 to earn medalist honors at par-37 Balboa Golf Course.
