Some California Indian tribes have; most have far less. By law, those with casinos must share the wealth. Seventy-one tribes with small casinos, or none, have received $875,000 each from richer tribes this year, state authorities report. A small group — maybe 20 — each make more than $100 million annually from gambling businesses. —Dan Morain
