Switched at Birth In a new episode things quickly spin out of control when a bored Daphne (Katie Leclerc) organizes a senior skip day for her Carlton classmates. 8 and 10 p.m. Family
King of Cones Ice cream experts compete creating the taste and look of summer favorites. Nancy Silverton, Zac Young and John Harrison judge the results. 8 p.m. Food
The Fosters Callie (Maia Mitchell) visits her former group foster home, to see how she can pitch in as a volunteer, but is dismayed to find that neighbors of the facility are pressuring its landlord to evict the girls, and a new resident who is harboring some secrets is a threat in this new episode. 9 p.m. Family
Partners In this new comedy, premiering with back-to-back episodes, an elite lawyer (Kelsey Grammer) is paired with a nice-guy-for-the-people attorney (Martin Lawrence). 9 and 9:30 p.m. FX
Major Crimes The team works overtime to investigate the puzzling murder of a technology entrepreneur who had shady morals and possible connections to organized crime. Mary McDonnell, Ryan Kennedy and Graham Patrick Martin star in this new episode with guest star Jon Tenney. 9 p.m. TNT
POV Does society benefit by sentencing a teenager to life in prison? That’s the key question in this new episode which looks at the case of a Florida teenager who was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences for armed robbery when he was 15. 10 p.m. KOCE
Longmire The third season of this Western crime drama comes to a close with an episode that finds Walt (Robert Taylor) looking for answers in his wife’s murder and the case involving Henry (Lou Diamond Phillips), while Branch (Bailey Chase) continues his own investigation, while on suspension. Katee Sackhoff and A Martinez also star. 10 p.m. A&E
Operation Change In this new episode the team travels to a bustling metropolis in Malaysia, where they try to change the perception that disabled people are nothing more than a burden upon society. Elton John and Manny Pacquiano are guests. 10 p.m. OWN
