Bread cones stuffed with mac ‘n’ cheese spotted at Walt Disney World

With funnel cakes blanketed in a snowstorm of powdered sugar and ice cream sundaes scooped to feed four, it’s hard not to gorge at Walt Disney World. The theme park is a fair-like food experience with the added bonus of Mickey Mouse hats.
Those funnel cakes and sundaes are just a few of the foods Walt Disney World is known for, but we were surprised to learn that in addition to the barbecue, the fried cake and gallons of ice cream, a mac ‘n’ cheese-stuffed bread cone was spotted at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, one of four parks at Florida’s Walt Disney World Resort.
The blog Disneyfoodblog.com, which features all of the restaurants and food vendors at the park, recently highlighted the magical mac ‘n’ cheese bread cone. It comes with bread in the shape of a cone, filled to the top with mac ‘n’ cheese. And if you want, you can add a sprinkle of bacon.
According to Disneyfoodblog.com, the mac ‘n’ cheese cone was a seasonal item. But if you’re looking to indulge in a bread cone locally, you can head to the Cozy Cone Motel at Disneyland in Anaheim.
The cone-centric concession stands don’t have the mac ‘n’ cheese version, but you can get a bread cone full of beef chili, cheddar cheese and corn chips or chicken and salsa verde with queso fresco. It’s not mac ‘n’ cheese, but the thought of a bread cone Frito pie is still exciting. Not too shabby, Mickey.
