Remember Dittos? It’s back for spring

Before Guess or Esprit surfaced as the “it” brands of their time, Dittos was the must-have line of the late ‘70s and early ‘80s. And before Frankie B was a glimmer in designer Daniella Clarke’s eye, she loved and lived for her skin tight Dittos jeans. A fan of the brand since the early ‘80s, Clarke is relaunching the line that inspired her as a teenager.

“I had them in every color,” Clarke told the Mirror of the sexy denim with the u-turn stitching down the backside.

She is designing a “modern day version” of Dittos in a colorful array of ‘70s inspired high-waisted jeans and a full collection of dresses, jackets and leather items which are out this Spring.

Responsible for getting low rise, second skins on girls everywhere with Frankie B, Clarke is no stranger to a sexy pair of pants, and this line seems to be true to her sultry aesthetic, but with a playful and nostalgic twist. Sexy and true old school? Ditto to that.
