Mr. Hockey: The Gordie Howe Story This new biodrama profiles the legendary hockey great, who in his 40s returned to the ice after his retirement to play with — and win a championship with —his sons. Michael Shanks stars with Kathleen Robertson, Andrew Herr and Dylan Playfair. 9 p.m. Hallmark
Looper Time travel gets clever twists in writer-director Rian Johnson’s 2012 fantasy-adventure. Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Bruce Willis play the younger and older incarnations of a professional killer sent back several decades, where his younger version is meant to kill him. Jeff Daniels also stars. 9 p.m. Starz
