People of Earth Unexplainable visions and hallucinations have Ozzie (Wyatt Cenac) thinking he’s losing his mind in this new episode of the quirky series. 9 p.m. TBS
Lucifer After the owner of Lucifer’s (Tom Ellis) apartment is slain, the new landlord wants him out so the building can be demolished, but Lucifer won’t go quietly, and Chloe (Lauren German) backs him. 9 p.m. Fox
