Foxygen at Echoplex

The L.A. duo Foxygen had a rough go at this year’s South by Southwest, canceling several shows and getting in some verbal altercations with their crowd. But it was a rare misstep in their meteoric rise, on the strength of their glammy, trashy classic rock that takes old ideas (T.
