The Berlin-based artists Jay Chung and Q Takeki Maeda take a droll look at contemporary society in their debut major solo exhibition in the U.S., which combs through their catalog of sculpture, video and photography. A highlight includes 2011’s “Untitled,” a collection of found photos of failed Berlin mayoral candidates. REDCAT, 631 W. 2nd St., L.A. Opening reception 6-9 p.m. Sat.
