‘The Conjuring’ is top-selling DVD

The low-budget horror film “The Conjuring” conjured sufficient sales in the week before Halloween to capture the top sales position, while the sci-fi thriller “After Earth,” though not a top seller, held onto the top rental spot.
Here are the best-selling and best-renting DVDs and Blu-Rays for the weeks ending Oct. 27 and Oct. 26, respectively, according to Rentrak.
