During this seasonal dining tradition, patrons enjoy dinners (and some lunches) at close to 100 Baltimore-area restaurants for a fixed price of $30 or $20 for three-course dinners, and $15 for two-course lunches. Baltimore Summer Restaurant Week 2014 runs Aug. 1-10.

The dinner includes visits to the Market Table for fresh salads, imported cheeses and cured meats and continuous service of fire-roasted meats carved and served table-side. Picanha – prime part of the top sirloin, our most popular cut. Also served flavored with garlic
Alcatra – very tender top sirloin, full of flavor
Fraldinha – cut from the bottom sirloin, and seasoned with sea salt
Cordeiro – fresh and tender leg of lamb, sliced from the bone
Linguiça – robust pork sausage
Costela de Porco – tender pork ribs seasoned and cooked to perfection
Lombo – tender filets of pork loin encrusted with parmesan cheese
Frango – tender chicken breasts wrapped in bacon, and chicken legs
