Ines Misan lists Malibu house at $1,995,000
Although not quite from Russia with love, Latvian model Ines Misan has listed her Malibu house for sale at $1,995,000 -- her Latvian garden included.
Misan is selling a Cape Cod-style home with a formal living room that has an ocean view. There are four bedrooms, four bathrooms and four walk-in closets in 3,311 square feet.
The home has a gated circular driveway and is within walking distance of the beach. There is a chlorine-free pool with a lighting system that changes the pool’s colors. The spa has a water massage feature.
The model has created a garden on the property that has plants from her native Latvia: gooseberries, black currant and jasmine as well as orange, lime and fig trees.
Misan has been romantically linked to Val Kilmer and Ricky Martin.
