Jonathan Penner, Stacy Title put Los Feliz home on the market
Actor and “Survivor: Micronesia” contestant Jonathan Penner and his wife, film director and producer Stacy Title, have listed their Los Feliz home at $1,779,000.
The Monterey Colonial Revival, built in 1933, is set on more than a quarter-acre of park-like grounds with mature oak trees and flagstone paths. The 2,745-square-foot house has a paneled den with a fireplace, a vintage-style kitchen, four bedrooms with balconies and 21/2 bathrooms. The converted garage serves as an office/family room.
Penner was in “The Last Supper” (1995), a black comedy that Title directed. The couple have worked together on other projects, including the Academy Award-nominated short film “Down on the Waterfront” (1993).
He starred in the television series “Rude Awakening” (1998-2001) and “The Naked Truth” (1995-97).
The property previously sold for $532,000 in 1996, according to public records.
Gary Bergevin of Prudential California Realty, Los Feliz, is the listing agent.
