Scott Disick, husband of reality TV personality Kourtney Kardashian, has bought a turn-key house in Beverly Crest for $3.699 million, public records show.
Built in 1960, the contemporary was rebuilt by the Stewart-Gulrajani Design Team. The two-story house with 4,095 square feet of living space was expanded to take advantage of cityscape, canyon and Santa Catalina Island views.
A living room, a dining area, a den, a bonus room, a family room, a breakfast area, five bedrooms and six bathrooms are among interior spaces. Glass doors open off the sleek kitchen with center island to the swimming pool.
The more than a third-acre lot has walkways, a fountain and saltwater pool with a spa.
The property previously sold nearly a year ago for $1.965 million.
Disick and Kardashian, who both appear on the series “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” own another home, in Calabasas.
William Thon, Paul Wylie and Richard Albert of Lamerica were the listing agents. Tomer Fridman of Ewing & Associates, Sotheby’s International Realty, represented Disick.
