For Pharrell, happiness could be selling his reduced-price Miami penthouse
Singer-songwriter-producer Pharrell Williams has put his Miami penthouse back up for sale at $10.999 million.
The two-story residence, fancifully decorated with cartoon characters, has rounded walls of windows that take in 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Miami cityscape.
The 9,080 square feet of open-plan living space is topped by a translucent dome and a 30-foot ceiling. A home theater, a loft billiard room, a family room/study, an atrium, five bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms are among the features.
A roof-top deck with a swimming pool and wraparound terraces add an additional 5,000 square feet of space.

Pharrell, who goes by the single name, had listed the 40th-floor unit last year for $16.8 million. He paid $12.525 million for the residence, built in 1993, eight years ago.
The 11-time Grammy Award winner, 42, has had such mega-hits as the single “Happy” from the animated movie “Despicable Me 2.”
Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty is the listing agent.
